A Large Infrastructure Company Mobile App and Admin Portal
The Challenge
A 4bn dollar infrastructure company wanted to digitise their reporting to customers for large tenders and show them progress on various projects so that they get a first hand update on their projects remotely. The projects are carried out in areas where connectivity was a challenge. The project was to develop an online offline app which site managers can click pictures and send real-time updates on various projects to the back office and to the end customers.
Our Approach
TTH Business teams interacted with various customer stakeholders and business stakeholders of the customer including their Marketing and Sales teams to understand the key success factors. Basically the designs were created and the application, middleware and portal were developed. The project was delivered to the customer in 12 weeks.
